[空气的皮肤]将沙发视为人与空间的接触中介，受中国画石技法的披麻皴法影响，以羊毛面料排布、拼贴立裁的方式，对于看不见的空间进行感受的还原。批麻皴法是为了表达闲适舒展肌理和形态的一种技法，而这种技法并非是程式化的：由于羊毛排布的不规则特性，合作的村民们会根据 MMR STUDIO 所提供手稿中的疏密性、方向性、渐变感、羊毛风格四项秩序进行梳理，重色与浅色形成毡片的分野，成为沙发的不同切面，或者说，窗外不断移动的景观。

[Skin of Air] sees the sofa as an intermediary between human and space. Inspired by Hemp-fibre Texture Stroke, the Chinese technique of painting stone, MMR uses wool fabric to represent the perception of the invisible space through the process of collage and draping. This technique is not only a paradigm: due to the irregular nature of the wool, the collaborating villagers need to combed it according to the four orders of sparsity, directionality, gradation and style following the manuscript provided by MMR Studio. The heavy and light colours form the boundaries of felt pieces, which shapes the different facets of the sofa, or, in other words, a constantly moving landscape outside the windows.
